Course Description
Minecraft Modding involves using coding to alter game rules, allowing P5 to P6 children to explore various game elements and create their own games.
Through RoboCode's Minecraft Modding course, children learn to develop games using the Minecraft programming platform. They first master Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concept, learning how to manage various events within the game and retrieve information generated during these events. Based on the type of information, they use coding to create entirely new game elements and commands.
The course focuses on game development, employing advanced programming concepts to gradually enhance the children's game design skills, encouraging them to create new game elements, stimulate innovative thinking, and improve problem-solving abilities.

Are there any additional fees apart from tuition for the course?
Yes, children need to purchase the following licenses for use in class:
- Minecraft License (Java & Bedrock Edition for PC, Permanent Version) - children need to purchase this themselves for $209 (permanent license),
- LearnToMod Programming Platform - RoboCode will purchase this on your behalf. The fee is $240/year, which will be included with the tuition.
